Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Provision

We provide connectivity services, managed IT services and cloud interconnects according to the Service Order and SLA agreed at sign-up. All service descriptions in our site are illustrative and subject to formal agreement.

2. Billing & Payment

Fees are charged as per your Service Order. Invoices are due per the payment terms. Late payments may result in service suspension after notice.

3. Liability

Except as expressly provided, KIPL Technologies' liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate under the terms in your Service Order. On termination, outstanding fees remain payable and service access will be revoked after a notice period.

5. Modification

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to customers by email or on the website.
