Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This policy describes prohibited uses of our network and services. Compliance helps maintain performance and security for all users.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities including distribution of copyrighted material without authorization.
- Running open proxies, botnets, or malware distribution.
- Port scanning, DDoS attacks, or other activities that disrupt network operations.
- Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Abuse Handling
If we detect abuse we will notify the account holder and may suspend the offending service pending investigation. For urgent or repeated offenses, we may take immediate action to protect our network and customers.
Reporting Abuse
Report security incidents or abuse to abuse@kipltechnologies.com with relevant evidence (timestamps, packet captures, logs).
